The visits are short and quick (in a positive way). The waiting time is also quick. Aside from filling up paperwork on a tablet, it took me the most to wait is 15 minutes (I had timed it). Dr. Ding is nice and patient. She explains what needed to be done. I will be going back to her in the near future.

Quick and efficient, and incredibly comfortable. Dr. Ding is also communicative and described the procedure before she went through with it, making it less nerve-wracking.

This may be odd to say, but visiting Dr. Ding's office has always been a very pleasant experience for me.
The front staff is always courteous, professional, and takes the time out to go over any paperwork or appointment scheduling with you.
Dr. Ding and her medical team are wonderful - they are exceptionally professional and get to the root of your skin issues efficiently and with a touch of humanity. Dr. Ding takes the time to analyze the conditions surrounding the medical issue at hand and is very diligent about following through until a resolution has been reached.
I can't highly recommend Dr. Ding and her team enough! I've been to may dermatologists and she is phenomenal!

Dr. Ding is a wonderfully attentive and caring doctor. I went in for cystic acne, and Dr. Ding put me on accutane. She and the staff helped walk me through the whole process. I am over the moon with my results; no more awful acne! She always took the time every visit too to ask if there was anything else I wanted to discuss or address. I always left the office feeling like a valued patient. Highly recommend!!
