Dr. Ding and her staff are very efficient and on the ball always! Very little wait time. Dr. Ding answers my questions thoroughly and I trust her implicitly. She is keenly observant and aware of changes in my skin conditions that have occurred between appointments. I feel lucky to have her as my dematologist!

The appointment was on scheduled with no waiting time in a clean clinic facility ~ Great. I'll be even better that some medical terms could be explained in (Mandarin) Chinese for non-English native speaking patients to fluently communicate. Thanks.

The visits are short and quick (in a positive way). The waiting time is also quick. Aside from filling up paperwork on a tablet, it took me the most to wait is 15 minutes (I had timed it). Dr. Ding is nice and patient. She explains what needed to be done. I will be going back to her in the near future.

Quick and efficient, and incredibly comfortable. Dr. Ding is also communicative and described the procedure before she went through with it, making it less nerve-wracking.
